Driving adoption of “Daily Activity” to increase the opening of new payroll accounts.


In the Aflac world, selling is a two-step process. One set of skills must be cultivated to open new accounts. Another set of skills to increase premium generated from opened accounts. Aflac Iowa wanted to drive adoption of their “Daily Activity” practice of having sales associates make 20 calls per day to drive new account openings. By driving adoption of this core daily activity, their salespeople were also able to accelerate improvement of their related skill-sets that further enhance new account opening success.

Results Achieved

Our program with the Iowa organization helped their outstanding State Sales Coordinator, Matthew Butler, achieve a dramatic 63% increase in year-over-year account growth.
