What is it?

The Red Bucket Strategy is a 90-day process that individuals, leaders, and organizations use to create  change that sticks.

Red Bucket Process

The process involves the establishing of “The Daily Focus Time,” a 5-10 minute daily set-aside for refocusing on the Red Bucket and moving it forward every day. The Red Bucket process coaches people through the unique emotional landscape and over the several key hurdles encountered in every change initiative. And it facilitates the type of daily, incremental forward movement that forms the repetition necessary to encode lasting change to the brain’s hard wiring.

Three Game Changing Elements

The three game-changing Red Bucket elements are 1) a singular focus for performance improvement (the Red Bucket); 2) the establishment of a Daily Focus Time (which becomes the platform for daily attention to and forward movement on the Red Bucket); and 3) a full 90 days given to that Red Bucket change initiative. It requires all three elements to create the substantially better results that the Red Bucket Strategy promises.

The Science of success

The Red Bucket Strategy is based on the neuroscience around how human beings create lasting brain change.
