			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are two critical questions that each leader and individual must answer before any change initiative can begin - in the rush to start, many change initiatives fail before they ever truly begin.</p>
<p>The first fundamental hurdle that people face in adopting change is summed up in the first question that must be answered, &#8220;Can I really change?&#8221;</p>
<p>There a number of limiting beliefs that prevent people from truly accepting they can change - by exploring this foundational question it&#8217;s possible to uncover self-sabotaging behaviors before they manifest.</p>
<p>The second question, which is equally important is, &#8220;Why should I change?&#8221; Without the proper motivation why invest the time and energy into a change initiative?</p>
