There are two critical questions that each leader and individual must answer before any change initiative can begin - in the rush to start, many change initiatives fail before they ever truly begin.

The first fundamental hurdle that people face in adopting change is summed up in the first question that must be answered, “Can I really change?”

There a number of limiting beliefs that prevent people from truly accepting they can change - by exploring this foundational question it’s possible to uncover self-sabotaging behaviors before they manifest.

The second question, which is equally important is, “Why should I change?” Without the proper motivation why invest the time and energy into a change initiative?
